The food at Villa Marie makes it worth skipping a beach day. Instead, have your gourmet breakfast delivered poolside (we recommend the rum-infused French toast) or take a seat for lunch in the private garden under the palm trees and enjoy a healthy Watermelon salad with goats cheese, pistachios and arugula.
If you need a break from all the delicious food on offer, they have two treatment rooms in their Pure Altitude Spa, which is inspired surrounding tropical garden. We recommend the Pure Coconut Ritual – an after sun repairing ritual which begins with a coconut scrub and wrap followed by a coconut oil massage.
Villa Marie recently shared the exciting news that they are opening a “Bohemian Beach Club” on the iconic Bay of St Jean called Gypsea Beach Club. The food will be prepared mainly on the barbecue. Expect Smoked Rib of Beef, Jerk Chicken, Rock Lobsters with charred vegetables with za’atar spices and aioli. There will be plenty of rum cocktails on the menu, plus occasionally a live DJ. We are sure this will be one of the hottest tickets in St Barts for the 2021 season.
