The menu is centered around shared dishes that highlight the exceptional quality of the ingredients. Delicious mezze, such as crispy feta, baba ghanoush, hummus, and avocado, can be enjoyed alongside your favorite cocktails. For vegetarians, the confit eggplant with pomegranate, fresh cheese, roasted almonds, and chervil, as well as the burnt tahini cauliflower with yellow curry, coriander, and macadamia nuts, are excellent options. The standout dish, perfect for two, is the slow-cooked confit harissa lamb shoulder, which is cooked for seven hours and served with fingerling potatoes and vegetables.
