The raw bar and sushi take centre stage on the impressive menu, with plenty of other options from exotic salads and curries to grilled fish and meat. For large groups we recommend Omakase which comes in 70 or 100 pieces of mixed sashimi, nigiri and the chef’s daily special served with a wakame salad and ponzu sauce. Our highlight of the sushi menu was the Ibiza roll – Soft shell crab, cucumber, avocado and wasabi mayonnaise.

The menu is perfect for sharing, on our last visit we had the spicy Thai red curry with prawns, and a choice of refreshing salads, of which our favourite was the lobster salad with watermelon, avocado cream, and a zesty almond vinaigrette. We also couldn’t resist ordering the indulgent truffle fries.

Cotton Beach Club mixologists also shake up excellent cocktails. Its easy to work your way through the menu as the sun begins to set, don’t miss the Aperol Maracuya, a mix of Aperol, passion fruit, peach, and prosecco.
