Food is served Omakase style, which means ‘I’ll leave it up to the chef’, and the menu consists of choice of 12 or 18 perfectly formed pieces of fish or sushi (they have a Vegan Omakase option too). With an ever-changing menu designed from what fresh fish has arrived that day, let the creative sushi chef’s take you on a journey on one of the best fine dining experiences Ibiza has to offer.

Cotton Sushi lab aims to strike a balance between a farm-to-table ethos sourcing the fish and seafood as locally as possible in Ibiza and from markets in Barcelona and Madrid to create luxurious Nordic and Japanese inspired cuisine. There is a Japanese philosophy called omotenashi which is deep rooted in Japanese culture, and it means to wholeheartedly look after guests, and Cotton Sushi lab certainly endeavours to follow that rule.

The restaurant has also carefully chosen a selection of fine wines and champagnes to accompany your dining experience.
