We were thoroughly impressed by OVERALL in Ibiza. Their focus on using high-quality ingredients in their delicious food, paired with their creativity in cocktail-making, was truly outstanding. The décor exudes trendiness and edginess, with a customized bar and impressive selection of equipment resembling a science lab.
Our attention was particularly caught by the clear blocks of hand-carved ice in the cocktails, which were created using a special ice-making machine imported from Japan. OVERALL is located in a former art gallery and its passionate owners, Jorge and Mónica, poured their hearts into creating this business in Ibiza after years of experience in Spain, Singapore, and the UK.
What sets OVERALL apart is that there is no fixed cocktail menu. Jorge, an expert in his craft, delights in crafting bespoke cocktails for each customer based on their preferences. We have yet to find more intriguing cocktails anywhere else in Ibiza.
