During one of our recent visits to Ibiza, we had the pleasure of stumbling upon Can Mimosa, situated in Santa Gertrudis, which happens to be our favourite village on the island. The restaurant and bar, occupying a 200 year old farmhouse, was recently renovated with the loving care of its proprietors, Holly and Pedro. The establishment’s garden is the ideal locale for a leisurely lunch or an intimate evening gazing up at the starry skies. The amiable staff, laid-back atmosphere, and delectable cuisine are all factors that ensure both tourists and locals will continue to enjoy Can Mimosa.
