Aiyanna Ibiza

Niche Travel Guides

The first thing you’ll notice about Amante’s sister restaurant is its distinctive purple and pink parasols, then its towering palm trees, then its step-right-onto-the-beach location. With a love for colour that extends from the décor to the sharing plate menu, and even to the juices it serves from a silver food truck, this is our first port of call when we’re in need of a nourishing break. You will find Aiyanna on Ibiza’s east coast on Cala Nova bay, approximately 20 minutes by car from Ibiza Town, and 10 minutes from Santa Eulalia. Aiyanna also provides an idyllic setting for a wedding or special event for up to 100 guests.

Designed for the health-conscious traveller, Aiyanna’s middle eastern inspired menu is packed with seasonal delights sourced from the restaurant’s own organic garden. Think Prawn tartare made with local Ibizan red prawns, a zingy Tom Kha dressing, lime kefir and samphire, and barbecued Mediterranean squid served with chargrilled leeks and a muhammara – followed by a Sicilian cannoli filled with creamy pistachio, ricotta and a chocolate that is totally worth a cheat day. Aiyanna also has an excellent cocktail menu, we always like to start the meal with one of their seasonal spritz cocktails.

Start your morning with sunshine, yoga, and a healthy breakfast buffet. Pre-booking is essential. Beach beds are also available to book in advance. Aiyanna also has its own boutique – everything is crafted by local designer Ivonne Carolina, inspired by her life and travels.
