Mimì Pizza Bistrot

Niche Travel Guides

One incredible Italian restaurant simply wasn’t enough – so Can Domingo opened a second on its terrace. Nestled in the countryside in San Jose on the west side of Ibiza, Mimi Pizza Bistro takes pizza and classic Italian street food to a whole new level with a mouth-watering menu and magnificent views over the hills to the sea. The extensive cocktail list and occasional live music make it the perfect restaurant for a group of friends.

In our opinion, simply the best pizza in Ibiza. They have all the usual suspects, but it’s far more exciting to follow the chef’s recommendations. We are still dreaming about the ‘Mortazza’, a heavenly combination of stracchino, mortadella, lemon zest and pistachio crumble. Start your night with arancini (Deep fried risotto filled with mozzarella and Bolognese sauce) and Panini con la Porchetta (Italian sandwich filled with slow roasted pork), and finish with homemade ice cream or tiramisu. Don’t forget the Italian inspired cocktails, the experienced mixologists can shake you up all the classic Italian cocktails.

If you can, try to visit on a Thursday for their weekly ‘Pizza and Champagne’ night – a combination that works so well, we are surprised it’s not more of a thing. You can also order their delicious pizza for takeaway of you are staying in a Villa nearby.
