With a stunning rooftop setting in the five-star Aguas De Ibiza hotel in Santa Eulària, the Maymanta Pisco bar the perfect place to relax and enjoy Pisco inspired cocktails as the sun goes down. The refreshing Don Nicolas – a mix of strawberry pisco with campari and cynar is always a favourite. Even if you don’t enjoy Pisco they do a wide variety of classic cocktails, on our last visit also enjoyed a white negroni and a fruity sangria.
