As the sun begins to set, we head to the rooftop cocktail bar, before taking our seat in the hotel’s Peruvian-inspired restaurant, Maymanta, for an evening with plenty of spice. You can’t leave without trying the ceviche! The hotel is just a few minutes’ walk from the port of Santa Eulalia with its numerous bars and restaurants. However, we recommend slipping on a pair of flats and strolling a little further – in just 20 minutes, you’ll arrive at Chiringuito Blue, our favourite beach restaurant in the area, which serves a Mediterranean menu of fresh fish.
