Surf’s up in St Barts

St Barts has so many fantastic beaches for catching waves, but let’s face it, a surfboard isn’t the most travel-friendly of luggage items. We hire ours at Carib Waterplay. They have your water sports activities covered, offering a range of surfboards, bodyboards and skim boards, as well as kayaks, waveskis and hobie cats. Amateur surfers will be pleased to know that they offer private lessons. You’ll find them on St Jean beach, close to the Pearl Beach Hotel.

For something completely different and a lot of fun, hire a Seabob from H2o Seatoys, they offer free delivery to the beach of your choice. An electric water craft (almost dolphin like), will allow you to glide and dive underwater, with the bonus of being completely environmentally friendly. Fliteboards and jetboards are also available for adrenaline junkies.
