Located on Shell Beach, Shellona is a fairly new addition to St Barts, but its chic interiors, comfy loungers and unique cocktails have already made a lasting impression – it’s now one of our favourite spots on the island. With a DJ or live music throughout the day until sunset, it is also a perfect choice for a group of friends looking for an extra special day in St Barts.

  • What's on the menu?

Originally from Athens Chef Yiannis Kioroglou specialises in delicious Greek Mediterranean dishes, sourced from the finest products he can find. For us Greek food is all about sharing – begin your feast with some Mezze, we recommend the grilled calamari, moules saganaki and some oysters. After a few more glasses of Rose, the charcoal grilled skewers hit the spot, you can choose between lamb, beef, chicken, or fish.

Reservations in advance are a must at this extremely popular beach club. Shellona Beach is one of the best places to catch the sunset in St Barts, so make sure you request a sunbed, order a Caribbean inspired cocktail, and wait for the show. After sunset, continue the party at Baz Bar in Gustavia (only a five minute walk) for some more Caribbean vibes and live music.
