St Barts spa guide

Find your holiday mode

After partying the night away on the beach, there’s nothing better than detoxing the next day at one of St Barts incredible spas. We love feeding our souls with a morning massage, before nourishing our bodies with a delicious lunch.

Our guide to St Barth best spas in 2022:

The Serenity Spa at Le Toiny Hotel

Indulge your senses in an historic building just off the beach in Toiny Bay. We loved the Elemis products in the spa. As the Spa is located at the impressive Le Toiny Beach Club, it would be rude not to make a day of it. Book sunbeds and have a leisurely lunch under the palm trees.

Le Spa at Le Barthelemy Hotel

With Nordic baths, a steam room, sauna and nail bar, Le Spa does it all. This is where we go when we need a day of total relaxation. Indulge in a facial using their exclusive La Mer products. After all that pampering, a late lunch at the new Amis Plage on Grand Cul De Sac beach is a must.

Chevel Blanc Spa at Isle De France Hotel

Relax into the rhythm of island life at the Cheval Blanc Spa. With four treatment rooms and a tropical spa garden, it’s the perfect place to shake off your jet lag (they even offer a treatment designed specifically for this). The Spa offers Guerlain treatment rituals unique to Cheval Blanc St-Barth Isle de France. These rare beauty rituals, exclusive in the Caribbean, offer an unprecedented sensorial journey, relaxing or energising according to each guest’s needs and desires. Spaghetti with lobster at La Cabane on the sandy Flamands beach after is highly recommended.

Spa at Le Sereno

With three treatments rooms including the stunning water pavilion, St Barts only beachfront treatment room, you can choose from an extensive range of luxury treatments using their signature Valmont range. Book mid morning so you can enjoy a feet in sand lunch at Le Sereno Al Mare restaurant on Grand Cul de Sac beach.

Sisley Spa at Hotel Christopher

It simply doesn’t get more relaxing than this. Book a spa treatment in one of the ocean-front rooms and enjoy the sound of crashing waves as you drift off. Relax with a hot shell massage before heading to their new poolside restaurant that opened in 2021 – Rivyera Plage, for a healthy lunch with stunning views overlooking Pointe Milou. The Sisley Spa has been named the Caribbean’s Best Hotel Spa and St. Barth Best Hotel Spa by the renowned World Spa Awards.
