As the sun begins to set, you’ll have the choice of two exceptional restaurants. La Cabane was new for 2019 and it’s perfect for a casual evening meal after a day at the beach – we highly recommend the burger. For an evening with a little more flair, La Case features the delectable creations of Jean Imbert. His menu explores French-West Indies cuisine, including extraordinary fruits from neighbouring islands.

The hotel also hosts a popular weekly fashion show on a Tuesday evening from 6pm, followed by a gourmet barbeque on the sandy Flamands beach.

With one of the best beaches in St Barts at your feet, we can think of nothing better than relaxing on a sunbed all day. The hotel also has a fabulous spa and spectacular tropical gardens to explore.

You’d expect the views from this sprawling suite to be incredible (and they are), but there is a surprise waiting for you on the terrace – the Beach Suite has its own infinity pool. Start your day with breakfast delivered to your room, with spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea.

They also have an exclusive five bedroom Villa de France which is perfect for a group of friends or family. Set over two floors and with two infinity pools, plus direct access to Flamands Beach, it is one of the most luxurious villas in St Barts. There is also a private spa and fitness treatment room in the Villa, plus a private chef at your disposal.
