One of the first bars we always head to on a trip to Ibiza, there is just something very magical about sinking into one of their bean bags on the cobbled stairs in the historic Dalt Vila (Ibiza Old Town). Open every day from 10.30 till late, you can drop by for coffee and breakfast in the morning, or go for fruit inspired cocktails and modern tapas in the evening. The bespoke cocktail menu includes a delicious mezcal cocktail called Popayan with passion fruit, mango and and infused basil liqour and a refreshing summer Hendrick’s cocktail with honey, pink pepper, cucumber and lime.
Room Service
In Ibiza town, the flourishing cocktail scene has been enriched with the addition of Room Service, a recent establishment that opened its doors in 2023.
