Just 10 minutes’ walk from the hotel you will find Shamarkanda – take a seat in the garden to enjoy some of the most exciting food in Ibiza with dishes inspired from around the world. Highlights were the Soft-Shell crab bao with spring onion and satay sauce, and Veal cheeks in Mexican mole, parmentier and pineapple pico de gallo. They also shake up a mean Caipirinha.
The Giri Residence is about treating yourself well. In the café, you’ll find an organic, healthy and delicious Mediterranean menu. The verdant pool area (exclusively for hotel guests) is a tree-lined sanctuary from the outside world, and the spa harnesses ayurvedic medicine to release your stresses and cleanse your mind. Yoga and Pilates are also available on request.
