While the Spanish are known for eating late, there are some great sunset dining experiences to be had in Ibiza. We’ve eaten our way around the island and found the best restaurants for catching that last glimpse of orange sky.

Our favourite sunset dining spots in Ibiza:
This relaxed, rustic beach bar looks out over Racó d’en Xic and is located at one of our favourite beaches in Ibiza. The food is simple but delicious Moroccan-style mezze dishes and it’s worth noting they don’t take reservations. Its worth arriving early to spend the afternoon on the beach and staying for the sunset.
This popular seafood restaurant in Playa de Cala Conta offers an extensive menu alongside spectacular views of the uninhabited Illa des Bosc. Make the most of it by requesting a table on the edge of the terrace.
The Cone Club at the Seven Pines Resort
Taking things up a notch, the Cone Club located at the five-star Seven Pines resort and offer gastronomic dining with views over Es Vedrà. They run an exceptional sunset ritual with a live DJ (which you can book), their delicious menu also includes tapas and a wide range of cocktails, since opening it has quickly become one of our favourite places to enjoy sunset in Ibiza.
With some of the best views of Es Vedrà on the entire island, La Mirada which is located at the Petunia Hotel opened in 2022 offering a wide selection of sushi and Japanese dishes, try some of their fresh fruit cocktails to make the most of the incredible sunset.
If you are looking for a trendy restaurant and cocktail bar to enjoy the sunset in Ibiza, look no further than Monkey Ibiza which is based in San Antonio. They serve a wide variety of appealing Mediterranean dishes, our favourite is the harissa lamb shoulder for two people which they confit for 7 hours. Work your way through the innovative cocktails as the sun goes down.
We’ve searched the entire island and we’ve yet to find a view quite like the vista from Patchwork’s rooftop restaurant located in Talamanca bay, five minutes from Ibiza town. With Lebanese sharing plates and bespoke cocktails, it’s one of our favourite spots to watch the sunset in Ibiza.
This trendy fusion restaurant in Talamanca bay close to Ibiza town blends Mediterranean and Asian cuisine. Relax into the evening with their in-house DJ and intriguing cocktails. If we want to impress a group of friends, we love to bring them to Sa Punta for a sunset dinner.
This trendy beach club in Las Salinas on the south of the island also happens to have one of the best sunsets in Ibiza. You can rent a sunbed and make a day of it or go for their creative cocktails and Mediterranean food for sunset.
