Destino Pacha

Niche Travel Guides

We’re delighted to introduce you to Destino Pacha, new for the 2021 season, a luxury boutique hotel in Agios Stefanos Mykonos. Located close to the beach and boasting one of the best views we have ever seen on the island, Destino Pacha is the perfect place to relax and refresh. Of course, being part of the Pacha brand, you can expect playlists and live sets from leading international performers, and poolside cocktails of course.

With a spa that offers personalised treatments, a concierge to organise everything from yacht charters to chauffeurs, and exquisite cocktails and calamari served to your poolside lounger, it’s easy to see why we believe Destino Pacha is one of the best new luxury hotels in Mykonos.

As the sun begins to set and the twinkling lights appear along the coastline, there’s no need to stray far from the hotel (although there are plenty of restaurants close by if you do!). Dinner is served in the signature restaurant, where tables are angled to make the most of the views of the bay. The gastronomic menu includes Greek-inspired plates, such as Skioufikta Mare (Cretan pasta with shrimps, basil, and lobster bouillon), as well as five-star favourites, such as wagyu beef. With sweeping architecture creating the perfect under-cover-but-still-alfresco dining experience, there’s really no place we’d rather be.

However, should you tear yourself away from the hotel, there are two fantastic restaurants right on your doorstep – Reeza and Limnios Tavern, both of which serve traditional Greek food, but in their own unique style. Reeza offers a modern tasting menu, whereas Limnios has the atmosphere of a traditional Greek tavern. With Mykonos Town just a few miles away, an evening out on the tiles (or rather, cobblestones) is just a short cab ride from the hotel.

Mornings at Destino begin at the poolside restaurant, where classics like avocado on toast are given a Greek twist. We loved the “Strapatsada”, scrambled eggs served Greek style with olive oil, oregano, and feta. The rest of the day is yours to enjoy, whether that’s paddling at Agios Stefanos Mykonos beach (just minutes away), relaxing by the pool, working up a sweat in the state-of-the-art gym, stretching out in a one-to-one yoga class or enjoying a signature treatment in the spa. Heaven.

We would be delighted to stay in any of the beautiful suites at Destino, but The Cherry Suite captured our hearts. With thoughtful design touches and spectacular sea views at every turn, it’s a place where you can truly escape.
