Seven Pines Resort Ibiza

Niche Travel Guides

We’re thrilled to introduce you to one of the Ibiza’s most exciting new hotel openings in recent years. As the name suggests, Seven Pines is surrounded by lush pine trees. It also happens to have been built on a clifftop on the west coast of Ibiza with spectacular views of Es Vedrà, which local mythology claims is the tip of the Lost City of Atlantis. Who could ask for more when they’re striking a yoga pose, relaxing in their suite, chilling by the pool or enjoying a glass of rosé on the terrace?

With two restaurants and four bars, you’re truly spoilt for choice. You could enjoy modern Spanish Asian fusion cuisine at The View, tapas and cocktails in the Pershing Yacht Terrace or Ibizan specialities in the Cone Club. Each venue has stunning views of Es Vedrà and the Mediterranean Sea. For an extra special evening, try the five-course tasting menu with paired wines at The View.

After a dip in the adults-only infinity pool, slip even further into holiday mode at one of the best spas on the island. Pure Seven is known for its world-class facilities and exotic treatments, including the Mayan volcanic stone massage. You can also take clifftop yoga classes, and there is a very well-equipped gym with sea views. For a truly memorable day, you could always charter the hotel’s private yacht.

With an enviable location on the west coast, you are also close to two of Ibiza’s legendry beach clubs, Cala Bassa Beach Club and Cotton Beach Club – for great food, cocktails, music and Ibiza vibes look no further.

You might come for the luxury, but you’ll stay for the Sunset Ritual at the Cone Club – a glass of Cava Sangria and a whole lot of pink sky. This is one of the best places to enjoy the sunset in Ibiza. The Mediterranean food comes highly recommended – the Andalusian squid, Cantabrico anchovies, and the Iberic ham croquettes were the perfect tapas to enjoy during the sunset.

La Luna Nell’ Orto

We discovered La Luna Nell’ Orto in 2021, and we wish we had found it earlier, as it really is a hidden gem in Ibiza. You can find the restaurant in Sant Miquel in the north of the island.
