When your suite backs out onto acres of Spanish countryside, complete with cacti and thousand-year-old olive trees, you’d be forgiven for not stepping far from the terracotta tiles of your terrace – but that would be shame, because the parasols of Benirrás beach are waiting less than 10km away. We’re all about lounging poolside with a cocktail in-hand, and the gourmet dinners at the hotel restaurant Salvia. If you decide to leave the hotel there are some excellent restaurants nearby. We recommend a romantic dinner in the charming garden of Finca La Plaza in Santa Gertrudis, or at La Paloma in San Lorenzo, one of Ibiza’s best Italian restaurants.
