With over two decades of culinary the head chef German brings a passion for grilling rooted in his Argentine heritage.

Wood-fired cooking enhances the taste of every ingredient. From tender baby scallops with pebre sauce and aji butter to vibrant grilled zucchini salad with labnah, herbs, chickpeas, and sun-dried tomatoes, the menu offers standout choices designed to please every palate.

Looking for an unforgettable main course? The tuna parpatana with spicy tomato and pickled peppers is simply one of the best dishes we’ve ever had in Ibiza.

End the night on a high note with the rich chocolate dessert accompanied by toasted bread, olive oil, and sea salt, paired with the mezcal espresso martini.

Not only is the food here among the finest in Ibiza, but they also offer expertly crafted cocktails and exceptional tapas, which can be enjoyed at the bar before dinner.
