Niche Travel Guides

Whether it’s your first time on the island or your fiftieth, no visit would be complete without dining at Santa Fe – it’s a St Barts institution. The restaurant has recently celebrated its fiftieth year and the service is always impeccable. Located in Gouverneur with views out over the Caribbean Sea towards the Leeward Islands, it’s the perfect place to sit back and enjoy the ocean breeze. For a sunset dinner in St Barts, Santa Fe is hard to beat.

Santa Fe is THE place to go for a deliciously indulgent lunch – think tank-fresh lobsters, juicy burgers, and delicious sandwiches. In the evening, you can enjoy local delicacies such as frog legs or keep it simple with homemade gnocchi, sea scallops and fresh sole. They also add seasonal specials to the menu depending on when ingredients arrive from France, including the popular mussels (served which chips of course) which normally arrive towards the end of the week in season.

When you make your booking, request a table on the edge of the terrace and soak up the sea views.
