Located the luxurious five star Hotel Christopher St Barth, Rivyera is an exciting new restaurant which opened in 2021, with a menu inspired by the French Riviera. The restaurant encapsulates the island’s laid-back lifestyle that makes St Barths so unique, join them for a feet in the sand lunch at Rivyera Plage or for dinner in the signature Rivyera by Chef Arnaud Faye.
With a impressive history of working at some of the best restaurants in France (The Ritz, Auberge du Jeu de Paume, La Chèvre d’Or), Arnaud Faye served as a chef the St Barth Gourmet festival in 2019. It was during this trip he discovered the Hotel Christopher and embarked on a joint project with has led to the opening of Rivyera.
Leading up the kitchen is the talented Mathis Larrode, who developed a close relationship working alongside Arnaud Faye at the Michelin two-star La Chèvre d’Or.
