Inspired by the absolute best of the Italy the menu evolves with the day. Start your day in style with breakfast by the pool, a combination of fresh juices, pastries, yogurts, fruit, and eggs (try the scrambled eggs with truffle). For lunch, we enjoyed the the Sicilian fish balls with sweet and sour sauce and the tuna tartare with stracciatella cheese with lemon zest, salad and crunchy vegetables.

The evening menu is a far more indulgent affair with a selection of Italian dishes cooked to perfection. As an antipasti we enjoyed the Vitello Tonnato (a classic Piedmontese dish of thinly sliced veal, a tuna mayonnaise sauce and capers). Its difficult to choose between the pasta dishes as they all sound so appealing, our favourite was the ravioli stuffed with lobster in a rich bisque. The caramelised sicilian octopus with rice and vegetables was the perfect secondi. If you have room for dessert they have a number of classics such as tiramasu and a limocello baba.

Pull up a seat at their intimate rum and cigar bar. They stock a huge variety of Caribbean rums and will shake you up a signature rum cocktail. It’s a guilty secret, but we always start with a Pina Colada.
