The team behind one of the worlds most decorated chefs Joël Robuchon have opened the most exciting new restaurants in St Barth for 2021. Robuchon was known as the ‘Chef of the Century’ before he sadly passed away in 2018. His restaurants are renowned for focusing on the highest quality of ingredients, producing consistently excellent French cuisine. The restaurant empire which spans across the world have gained over thirty Michelin stars.
Located in Gustavia opposite the harbor, the restaurant has opened with two concepts – L’Atelier and Le Rooftop. L’Atelier offers a tasting menu of Robuchon signature dishes with the option to sit around an open kitchen or in the dining room, and Le Rooftop is more casual affair, offering breakfast, lunch and dinner with stunning views and a small cocktail bar with ten seats.
