The best beach clubs in Ibiza in 2023

There’s nothing quite like relaxing on an oversized sunbed, listening to chilled Ibizan beats. The island is known for its chic beach club culture and with good reason – there are a whole host of cabanas, sunbeds, and hammocks available to rent, wherever you decide to hang your oversized sunhat. In our opinion Ibiza has the best beach club scene in the world.

But when it comes to choosing where to take your morning yoga class or indulge in an afternoon of cocktails after a long lunch with friends, how do you know you’re truly making the most of your precious time? The good news is, we’ve done the testing for you. It’s a tough job lounging around all day, but someone must do it.

Amante

A stunning beach club with a stylish Mediterranean menu and clifftop views over Sol Den Serra Bay. Our number one beach club in Ibiza – bookings essential, often months in advance. They also host popular cinema nights and morning yoga classes.

Aiyanna

Overlooking Cala Nova Bay close to Santa Eulalia, a second beach blub from the owners of Amante. Start the day with yoga on the beach and stay for the seasonal, healthy Eastern Mediterranean food.

Atzaró Beach

This uber cool beach club in the north-east of the island was a recent discovery for us in the 2021 season. Whether you choose to spend the day on one of their large daybeds or for a healthy Mediteranean lunch overlooking the sea, the relaxing vibe and excellent food, cocktails and service will draw you back time and time again. Conde Nast recently featured them in their 2021 list of the best beach clubs in the world.

Beachouse

An Ibiza institution on the islands longest beach – Playa d’en Bossa. The Beachouse Sunday parties are the place to be seen. Rent a giant sunbed with friends and enjoy great food and cocktails delivered to you by their friendly staff. During the summer season they also run a not to be missed moonlight dinner series every Friday, Saturday and Sunday night (these are every popular so book weeks in advance) – with DJs, live performances and a special mediterranean menu, this was one of our favourite nights on a recent trip to Ibiza.

Blue Marlin

Their ethos is day-to-night dining, beach and music and they certainly deliver. A favourite spot for Ibiza VIPs on Cala Jondal beach, with a host of the best DJs in Ibiza playing throughout the season. The party really gets going at sunset, and they also have an indoor mini club if you’d like to party late.

Cotton Beach Club

Since 2014 the uber cool Cotton Beach Club has been drawing in international visitors to its sleek beach club in Cala Tarida. Book a large table on the terrace with friends overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and soak up the atmosphere.

This was the first beach club we ever visited in Ibiza, and it still draws us back time and time again. Located on one of the best beaches in Ibiza – Es Cavallet, El Chiringuito delivers first class service, food, cocktails, and music to its clientele, they are also open for breakfast.

Sa Trinxa

Located on the sandy Las Salinas beach on the south of the island, Sa Trinxa is one of the oldest beach clubs on the island. With great seafood, cocktails and music it is easy to see why it is so popular. You can also rent sunbeds.
